Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Other Option If You Want then we will add your refund value in your wallet for future purchased.

Note: – For cash on delivery orders, the refund amount will be settled into particular bank account shared by customer.(Support@sbachelor.com)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@sbachelor.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@sbachelor.com
  2. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. In case of any defective product the shipping charges will be bared by the company and if the wrong order placed by customer, then he/she have to bare the shipping cost.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Our Warehouse (Address Mention in your Bill )

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

How do I cancel my order?

You can raise cancellation request for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing us an email with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Send us the email on Support@sbachelor.com

Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.

I wish to change my order. Will it be possible?

You can always update your confirmed order (before the order is processed), but unfortunately you cannot add any more products to your order once the order is confirmed. However, if you wish to make any changes or edits in your order (before 24 hours the order is processed), please write to us at Support@sbachelor.com.  Our customer care team will have you sorted with all possible customized solutions.

Incase of dissatisfactions of product(s) please share some photographic/videography evidence of received product to our Facebook handle. Once our quality team will check and confirm the issue refund or replacement of product will initiate within 48 hours.  

NOTE- Refund amount will be credited in your account within 7-10 working days.
